Super store ! It could use more household and kitchen items
Hella good selection and deals. Could def use some more staff though, the line to checkout is often very long. Other than that, great experience every time
This Bellevue store is messy and disorganized. Floors are dirty. Trash not emptied outside. Blowing trash also. Very sad! None of the other surrounding businesses look this way. Have never seen this from former businesses at this location. A true reflection of Management or lack of. Will not be back!
Coming from Phoenix, I would frequently shop at the numerous Ross Stores that were available. I've even shopped Ross Stores in Colorado, as well. I was not pleased with the little amount of inventory this Ross Store had. Building up the excitement, as it had been some years since I had been to a Ross Stores, I felt let down; purchasing only just a couple items.
I love Ross. However, I'm not going to visit the store for quite a while because it is so messy and cluttered. I went a week ago and there were many clothes on the floor. It looked like chaos + chaos and it = insanity. I went today and it was worse. I'm not shopping in such an environment. I understand that their probably understaffed due to Covid. Again, I do love Ross and I will shop elsewhere and give them time to hire more staff and clean up their store. Why is management allowing this to continue?
