Campus Club of the University of Minnesota

The Campus Club was the absolute perfect venue for a winter wedding! We worked with Jane throughout the planning and she was always available and answered all of our many questions. The staff throughout the event were so professional and lovely, we couldn't have asked for anything better. The floor to ceiling windows showcasing downtown Minneapolis was the icing on the cake for us - beautiful scenery no matter the time of year. And the fire pit was a huge hit with the guests! Thank you Campus Club for our perfect day!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. We had visited many venues and within five minutes of our meeting here we knew it was the spot. Great farm to table food, fantastic downtown skyline views, and all around great space. Not to mention our coordinator Jane was a delight to work with.

We are so pleased that we selected Campus Club for our October wedding. From the first email inquiry we sent to the Campus Club, we were impressed with the diligence, competence, and experience of the staff. The space worked well for us and our guests. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out - the terrace, the dining room, the lounge area, and the bar. We had a variety to guests from kids to my 90 year old grandparents and everyone was comfortable. The views are stunning from every single one of the spaces! We had hoped that our ceremony would be on the terrace but it was unseasonably cold (and snowing) on our wedding day so we ended up having it indoors. We were initially disappointed but it worked out great to have guests sit at the dining tables and was really pretty. The space is nicely finished and requires very little decor to look pretty for a wedding - we only did centerpieces and cafe lighting and it looked great! This saved us a bunch of money too. The food was excellent and all of our guests’ dietary limitations were accommodated. Leading up to our wedding, we worked mostly with Jenn who is very organized and responsive and takes care of all the details we hadn’t thought of. She responded to every one of our (million) questions right away. On the day of our wedding, the managers and staff made everything run absolutely perfectly. These people really know what they’re doing. We couldn’t be happier about our wedding day. Thanks Campus Club!

I came here to have lunch with some friends who are on the faculty at the University of Minnesota. I have been here several other times over the years and I enjoy the food, lively discussions and outstanding views of the Mississippi River and downtown Minneapolis. The food choices of cold and hot foods, already prepared or made to order are excellent. The cafeteria style access is efficient and flows smoothly. The staff are terrific.

Even though the Campus Club is in a building named after a Racist, I rather enjoy coming here. I always receive a friendly welcome, and the food is stellar. They have meeting rooms and event spaces. Even though it's only located on the fourth floor of the building, it feels like a swanky place you'd find in a highrise. Even with the Lush feel, there is no pretense from the staff here.
