Refuse to help me and treat me as an individual, did not refund me for their mistakes lost over $1200 dollars in one day. Even after showing screenshots, transactions with the number of each transaction and a 3 and half hour phone call where they deleted the transaction that needed to be refunded. No where else but king county have I had this much financial problems
Gigi forgot about my Husband’s Card . We never received it after almost 3 weeks went to a different BOFA to find out Card was never ordered . Has been a disaster ever since.
I had an issue receiving my checks, so I stopped back in and received great service and help from the two ladies working there at the time, I believe one was named Linda- she was great and even sped up the process for getting my reprints to me quicker. I never leave reviews but felt like they deserved an additional Thankyou!
I wish I can give zero star just like other people mention. Horrible customer service, slow and yet nobody care whether there’s tons of people waiting in line or not.
Slow. Always have to wait 30 min or more. Ridiculous. Hire more tellers!! On going problem for at least 4 years.
