I had a gift card and placed a pick-up order by phone and spoke with Kurt. Talk about the nicest man of all time! Incredible cheery (NOT in the fake cheery type of way) on the phone and went above and beyond to understand and confirm what I ordered and my requests. Upon arrival, he greeted each customer and gave us his time and attention. Kurt stayed busy by supporting the kitchen staff, ensuring the workflow stayed consistent and uninterrupted. When he did have a moment, he engaged in small talk (not forced or obligated conversation). Four Stars for Kurt!!
Love their wings, but they don't have a good setup for takeout. They were so busy, they couldn't keep up. The line was super long. I had trouble with my online order, so I had to order there. I waited for 1/2 hour+ with no chairs available. I understand that because restaurants can't be open for inside dining, they have the chairs on the tables and that area roped off, but they need to provide seating for those waiting for their food to be prepared.
I really like your wings a lot as your staff well knows, but I don't understand a 1 hour wait on a Tuesday evening with it being 2 for 1 and the dining room being closed, the bar is open but not the dining room. While I was there for about 3 minutes, 3 separate customers came in looking to dine in and were turned away due to the wait, why isn't the dining room open????
Since they do not text you when you give them your name and number to be seated I wouldn't recommend id recommend detroit wings across the street tho
Ordered through doordash, wings had no sauce ordered med. Sampler app chips had cheese and sourcream only. Called restaurant and was told that is a doordash issue. They did not want to resolve the problem unless i came and got it myself. Why would i order through dd if i was going to have to get it myself? This is the 3rd time I am done.
