Love the store I’ve been coming here for the past few months. The service is amazing and I truly recommend this store for any of you’re smoking needs the employees know what they are talking about.
I appreciate the girl on staff today 10/24/20 at around 3:00pm. She made it right and had great customer service! My bubbler that I just bought at 2:45 literally just came apart and after contacting her supervisor she switched it out. She went above and beyond and I just appreciate that especially with a place that has a sales final policy, she still made it right!
Just tried to return a scorch torch that I bought not even a week ago, only worked for the first few times. They were no help, tried telling me it was my fault cuz I put the wrong fuel in it..ud83dude44 umm last I knew butane was butane. Wanted me to come back when owner was there, told her my schedule and her response was I guess since you and the owners schedule don't line up we won't be able to help you..what's the good if your employees can't help the customers.
