This is a very poorly run bar/restaurant. Canned beer only? Out of half of the menu items at any given time. The only decent meal they serve is the fish sandwich, but that is not that great. I used to stop here every trip, but it is simply not worth the drive. It is currently closed for Covid reasons. I hope it stays closed permanently.

The food was cold and chewy, we had to ask for our waters to be refilled and the service was pretty underwhelming. The reason I gave 2 rather than 1 is because right at the very end the server gave our 4 year old a popsicle which was pretty thoughtful and nice of her to do. But don't get fries or the bison burger because they're all stale and cold. The fish was also stale. It all tasted, and had the consistency of, something that had sat out over night under a heat lamp.

Very much a dive, it was very dark inside when I went, with maybe 6 or 7 people at the bar. The bartender was friendly, when she was around, but was either on her phone or outside smoking about half the time. As we were not regulars, it seemed as if she didn't care in the least. I'd rather go to Northwoods, the service is better and they have more beer options

The food was above average, however the service wasn’t at its finest. For example; one of my older sisters had to get up in the middle of eating just to ask for refills for the whole table (they only brought us around three refills when there were over eleven of us total). Once we all finished giving our orders, nobody took the menus back from us so once again; my sister took it upon herself to clean them up. Service could of been a lot better but the food was alright.
