We have dealt with this company for years with our above ground pool. No problems.nWe hired them to do our unground pool and after a year and 1/2 it was done. They are horrible with billing issues. They tell you they will get the adjusted quotes to you but never do.nWe kept asking for the final bill and finally got it 5 days before Xmas... with a note saying, pay now!nThe girls in the shop are awesome.nBad business sense and turtle pace otherwise.

I moved here with no knowledge of the pool on my property. The East Coast team patiently, professionally helped me get up to speed, and continue to help with any question or concern. East Coast are amazing and a stark contrast to my first pool service experience here in Maine. I was first attended to by another company that was neither professional or helpful with questionable (that being a kind review) billing practices!nYou will never regret making East Coast your first and only pool service provider! The ladies treat you like friends and value you and your business!

Signed contract for pool in May 2020, was told it would be installed by 2nd week of July. Excavation didn't start until the end of August after I kept calling throughout July. Every time they said they would show up they didn't. No proactive outreach from the company at all. The contract stated electric wasn't included so I asked if they had a company I should use, the company they referred never showed up despite both parties saying that the electric company was following them from job to job. Every time I asked for an update they said they were finishing up another job and doing them in the order received, but every two weeks it was another delay. Long story short, they got the pool up around Labor day and the water delivered. Never got the electric hooked up, the lights weren't installed, never got all the accessories for the pool. I was willing to overlook all of it because of Covid and how crazy its been but they just consistently let me down. This was my first pool purchase and the whole project has been a disaster. I am left scrambling to find an electrician who will do the work before the ground freezes, hopefully I can get it done using other vendors, but at this point I could not in good faith recommend this company to anyone. I feel like I've been consistently lied too throughout the process with one excuse after another.

Ordered a pool last spring. Was told an install date of June 15th plus or minus 2 weeks. After a month and a half of promises I cancelled the pool at the end of July.nHad to pay a Lawyer over $1000.00 to get my $8500.00 deposit back. I didn't get the deposit back until December after he got served papers to appear in court.n1.) Find a reputable pool company.n2.) Get everything in writing especially the install date.nGood Luck.
