Our pup, Burton, is always welcomed with open arms and recognized by name. The employees here are amazing, especially Monica who has helped us with our dog since he was 8 weeks old. The level of care is extraordinary. We go to loyal companions to purchase dog foods s accessories, training with Renee and grooming with Allison. It is a one stop shop for us and so comforting to know they all love and care about our pup as much as we do!! (which we feel is rare to find!)
Oh my god what a wonderful day !!! On an off chance I called the Sanford loyal companion to see if I could get my two dogs groomed. Jelly roll and Maxi, they took me right in at noon and Allison did the most amazing job on the both of them!!! They smell fantastic and they are soft as new kittens...... and the best part of all she was able to get all the nail polish off of jelly roll that our five-year-old daughter had painted on her!!!ud83dude1dEveryone was so wonderful and kind and best of all our puppies had the best time thank you again Allison and team Sanford!!!!
The staff is professional, caring, compassionate, helpful. & friendly. My dogs enjoy going there. Allison is so good with making my dogs feel comfortable when grooming. A+ customer service!
Brought my dog there today and it was great. Susannah took very good care of my dog and learned how to groom an irish setter while she was at it. My only issue was my dogs nails as they weren't cut to the quick. But 5 stars none the less.
Excellent customer service!!! Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Definitely a five-star store and staff.
