I made reservations to rent a uhaul truck one way. I was told that I could pick it by using my phone. I drove 2 hours to arrive on time only I wasn't able to get the truck. The store was closed but I was supposed to check in by the phone. The online app was horrible as it wasn't allowing me to initially input the reservation. Once that issue was solved the truck that I rented was blocked on all sides. Thus I wasn't able to move the truck. I came out of state in order for me to move my belongings out. Only to find that it was a total waste of time.nnI will NEVER rent from Uhaul again. Now I have to make alternative arrangements at an extra expense for me. Don't believe or rent from them. You will be left behind.

Their computer was down. I couldn't rent today
Went for moving boxes. Were out of a few odd sizes I needed so I ordered left my name and phone number. After a month went back and same person said they were never ordered because they couldn't put together a big enough order. Thanks for not calling letting me know, he never was going to call back. Poor customer service
Terrible! We had a confirmed rental for a Sunday pick up but no one was around. Phone number provided rang for minutes with no voicemail, then finally went to two minutes of recorded background noise.
