I've been doing business here since the late 90s. I've had many great experiences here with many of the different employees. After a person has been there for awhile, it's like going in to see friends. I've never had a bad experience in hundreds of deposits.
The branch is getting one star because of poor customer service. Because of COVID the branch changed hours and is no longer open on a Saturday morning. I work in Portland and home after 5 pm; thus, I am not able to do anything at this location at all.
Everyone there is so nice! Ive had a couple of issues - one my fault and one theirs - we're all human - but they handled both for me and I was definitely satisfied with the customer service.
Had a small issue but there team worked to fix it.
Big bank that is better off left alone. Don't do business here!
