Horrible customer service and they will tell you to drop off your machine and they will get to it when they can but forgot to tell you about the 50 dollar a day storage fee. They let a guy on crutches for 20 minutes without being helped before he walked out. Don't use this place!!!
I'm in the process of purchasing a unit with this dealership and during the process I'm getting some red flags about how this dealership is going to be in the future to deal with. The sales person is obnoxiously friendly but unwilling to budge on anything. My last purchase of a recreational item I dealt with a smaller but much older dealership where the owner was the sales person. The experience was less abrasive and more down to earth. I felt cared about as a potential customer, not a take it or leave it attitude. I'm starting to think that just because they are local to me I may want to do business with another place. I'm hearing loud and clear they have plenty of business and they don't really need mine.
