I have dealt with Zach several times at this Bangor location. He has always provided outstanding service. He has been very prompt in dealing with every situation I have thrown at him. When calling, the staff answering the phone have always been polite and friendly, even if it I had already called earlier that day. It never seemed I was a bother and many situations were time sensitive. Zach certainly stepped up to help! I highly recommend dealing with Zach. It is always a pleasure! Thank you!
Coastal Med Tech's Elizabeth, was speedy, efficient, informative and very helpful. She and her assistant Jordan worked feverishly with my Doctor's office to complete my need for a CPAP machine. She kept me up to date often and when I met her at the office, was very excited to help me get this started to ensure my sleep comfort. I am excited to say it is finally in my home and I enjoyed my first night with it last night. Thank you Elizabeth for going above and beyond to make it happen. Looking forward to many good nights of restful sleep and improved health all around.
