MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Covington

Went into Indigo for confirmation that I either sprained or broke my ankle and from the moment I got there to the moment I left it was a wonderful experience. Great staff very thorough and extremely courteous, would definitely recommend for anyone to visit there!!!

Quick and easy. I only Criticism is that the floors really were not that clean. They need to hire new cleaning people

I have been to this urgent care several times (myself and family) during the past two years. I have always been so impressed by their kindness, professionalism and efficiency. I went last night because I cut my finger badly and needed stitches. Dr. Khan and all of the staff that assisted me were wonderful. Never have I met such compassionate people! Thank you so much for the great care you provided me!

Tried to go here for urgent care, but despite saying it takes walk in appointments on their website and Google, they had a sign saying they no longer take walk ins. I asked if I could make an appointment, but was told they couldn't see me, that the provider was swamped. There was no one there or in the parking lot. The woman at reception was very nice and suggested Federal Way.
