Employees are a reflection of management and corporation.nHORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL AND MAKE UP STUFF, I HAD 2 REFERRALS one appointment. Can still only see me for one thing that day the thing not being the primary concern but secondary. Margie the least professional of the bunch on a cash grab for extra 50.00 co [pay makes me reschedule what could be a life and death blood clot for 2 days later and another 50.00 copay and could care less what the referral said or what I was telling her. 2 days later the dr is late and have to reschedule . Hearing Margie's voice on the phone and knowing how I was treated was enough to rethink my return. By not calling them back they have now told my dr what a horrible patient I am and wont see me not that I want to see them. Whoever is running this organization has obviously grown it faster than they can manage . Typical get more money from client for 2 visits get more money from insurance 2 separate visits. I know the routine but the way I was treated and then Slandered leaves them in violation of my rights. Protect yours and avoid them. This is by far the least professional experience in my life with an organization responsible for helping me and protecting my HIPAA rights.

Rudest, most unhappy, robotic people work here. I feel bad for them. Poor management and poor education by employees. I have had multiple interactions with various employees from front desk, to back office, to doctors. Terrible attitudes. I went here to have a cyst surgically removed on my wrist. Everything that I was told by the doctor was the exact opposite, and the scheduling and staff is extremely rude, impatient and very defensive. I was told it was going to be a quick surgery, yet it was very complicated and time-consuming and I had to go to multiple locations to be seen for pre and post up appointments. The doctor is overbooked and she is booked six months to eight months out, they have no short call list and the nurse practitioner has no communication skills or bedside manner. I would never recommend this place for surgery or the doctors horrible customer service and patient care awful awful experience here. Seven months later I’m still having problems with my wrists and cannot get a phone call back from the doctor herself and they continue to push visits out to her next availability. She is so rushed and booked that you only get to see her for a short period of time, or they switch who sees you at the appointment time. Very poor management and very poor care be aware.

The call center won't ask you if you have an x-ray when you call to make an appointment. They would ask you to take one at thier imaging room while you are at the clinic, so they make more money. I had an x-ray from somewhere else and didn't want to pay out of my pocket for a new one, so I had to cancel my appointment. The call center lady said she asked me if I have an x-ray when I called. She was LAYING.

I have had a hip and a shoulder done here, experience was stellar. I highly recommend Bill Barrett and Andy Merritt and the great staff at Proliance Ortho.
