We have now been going to Port Harbor Marine for the past 4 years now. It all started when we met Jonathan at the Bangor Boat Show back in 2016. We bought our first boat then and there. Since then, we have upgraded our boat and he made it nice and easy. The service team goes above and beyond. They winterize our boat, store it all winter, then call us when it is ready for the lake in the spring. They make everything nice and easy. From sales to service, they all are great and will make you feel like family. Thanks guys!!

Stopped into the service/parts department. Jon was a lot of help. He went above & beyond regular customer service! He and other staff were extremely friendly.nHighly recommend!

Hello me and my brother in law bought a boat and motor from port harbor marine the motor was broken so we took it back up were we bought the extended warranty there boat tecks in the holden store were unable to fix the problem so we started to call the holden store to ask what could be done were it was broken after a couple weeks of arguing with very rude and unprofessional management I was referred to the owner who assured me that he would replace the motor and everything would be fine we were unable to pick up the motor for sometime due to transportation issues so when we were able to pick it up we called first to make sure it was still able to be picked up we were told no so I asked him what do u mean no we had an agreement we went back and forth for weeks on this till he told me bring my motor up to the holden store ill have my master tech bring it to Portland to have looked over and if my master tech is unable to fix it then ill replace it I dont know if its lack of training or if its poor leadership from the owner or just sheer incompetents but they were unable to fix my motor so I asked the owner were the problem still exist are u going to replace the motor he said no now I don't know about the rest of u but someone is only as good as there word sence then which we have been dealing with this for a year the own including the employees have been very rude and disrespectful tword us has even gone as far as saying hes chargeing us now I dont know about u guys but this is not how u treat Veterans who have served and been awarded the purple heart for the sacrifices they have made for there country for the freedoms that we all enjoy every day to treat veterans the way they have threw this hole experience they should be ashamed of them selfs they need to treat people better and respect the men and women that have fought and served for are country I wouldnt recommend going to either the Portland store or the holden store if u are a veteran or if u feel that Veterans should be treated with respect and dignity that they have earned and deserve again you guys should be ashamed of your selfs i hope that everyone reads this before going there we have been dealing with this for over a year with no end in sight we will continue to try and get it fixed we have it in writeing the owner agreeing to replace are motor but still he refuses sence all of this we have had to buy another motor from a different company and are motor still sits at port harbor unfixed brand new with a full warranty seems like a wast of money for something that can't be used and they are unwilling to fix or replace no one should be treated the way we have especially Veterans we will never go back there again and we hope that people read this so they can hopefully save them selfs from having to deal with this kind of disrespect discriminating behavior and boarder line illegal and unethical behavior and treatment we have endured threw this hole experience the owner on numerous occasions has told his employees to brake the law it is not a good place to go which I also have in writeing him instructing his employees to brake the law anywas I hope this helps someone from making a the decision of going there
