this place is a joke, overpriced and customer service is something to be desired for sure.. then they lie to try and save themselves.. just look at the replies to negative reviews...

Pleasantly surprised with my experience. Being an older female, I have felt uncomfortable in the shop at times. Rachel assisted me with a lot of knowledge about the products, gave helpful hints, and instructions. Most importantly she talked to me on my level but not down to me.

I can't express how great this place is. Every time I had a problem I'd stop by and whoever's working as always helped me out. The people who work there are just greatud83eudd29 only place I go and very good prices on their products..
