A little pricey. And the lady can be rude sometimes. Like ur ignorant about ur own animals.. I only go to get mice there now. Thats bout it. And she tells me to bring in my own container. Then complains about the kind of container. Why don't they have there own containers when they sell them?? Oh well its a decent place. Guess I gotta be a local to be liked. It is what it is

The owner is so nice and very knowledgeable about her animals. Her prices are reasonable and I've had success with her fish.

The first time I went here I came here to get a harness and she was very helpful with finding me one and letting me try it on to make sure it fit my cat securely then it came time to lay and she did not accept card and things took a turn she was rushing us out because they were closing soon but idk see how she gets any business in the first place and why would you rush a customer out willing to pay but the problem was we didn’t have cash and she didn’t accept card so my boyfriend ran down the street where she said there was an atm and while we were waiting she was like he better hurry up. Now the second experience I’ve had with this place my friend had called The other day because I had to rehome my bunny. She’s about 3 months and is the sweetest bunny ever. I recently have to move into a one bedroom apartment with a few of my friends and there would be absolutely no room for her. It broke my heart that I even have to rethink if rehoming her. I knew I didn’t want to put her in a shelter where she will most likely get killed. So I called pet stores all around and asked. They were so helpful and nice but a bunny is too much room for them. Which is completely fine. But I decided to give this place a call. As soon as I answered the phone to see if they will take in a surrendered bunny this lady was the rudest person alive. I was already so stressed and had been crying all day because I have to give my baby twilight away. She first started off with screaming asking why I was giving her away. Asking what was wrong with her and being so rude on top of me already being in such a bad place. I understand surrendering is so hard on animals and it was hard on me too. This lady has no compassion and is straight up ignorant. I cannot stress enough that this pet shop is the worst in a Indiana. None of the animals are cared for when I walked in. She rushes you and is not caring at all so how can she even care for all the animals. She deserves to have the store taken from her and givin to someone who cares. I hope karma comes back to her because her ruthlessness is ridiculous. If you read any reviews on this site you will see where she replies to ppl and is straight rude. Saying sick animals that she sold that died are not her fault. Maybe if you took the time to care of them they would actually make it. Definitely needs to work on her people skills and I’m not a very people person either but I can still be kind to others . 0 stars if I could.

They don't have a very good variety for tropical fish tanks

The owner was very nice and helped me pick some new fish for my tank along with the perfect food for them! Great prices as well!
