I went into my local Ulta store looking for a lip product. There was one left but the tamper seal was broken and an employee suspected it was used by another customer. I placed the order online and ordered 2 colors. One came with the tamper seal intact but the color lip product that was open in the store, had the tamper seal missing again when it arrived by mail.nnI called and asked if they shipped this from my local store or the warehouse. I was told the warehouse. I then asked why there were products coming from the warehouse with broken tamper seals (being sent to customers and possibly stores with broken seals). And by broken seals, I mean the seal was peeled back (leaving residue where it should’ve been in tact) and pushed down inside of the box.nnThere was an issue when having the replacement ordered. Starting with the rep assuring me that ordering a replacement was him doing me a favor. We discussed making sure UPS could come and pick up the item before issuing a replacement because if not, I would take it to local Ulta for a refund. The rep assured me that UPS would pick it up then ordered the replacement, then immediately told me UPS was not guaranteed to pick it up. Then, the shipping label never came via email.nnCalled back weeks later and ran into another issue with the label. After offering to verify many methods successfully (full name, email, shipping address, order number), i was refused a re-emailing of the return shipment label by a supervisor for me refusing to keep verifying more info over and over again. I’m disgusted at the customer service provided. Now I have this lip product with a broken seal and the replacement and no return label, meaning that after 30 days, they will charge me for the replaced product. I’m disgusted with both interactions with guest services. I don’t want a coupon because I never want to shop here again.

First of all let me say I will never walk through the door again at Ulta beauty. I have been going there for years in Cincinnati in Fort Thomas Kentucky and had a wonderful experience with the store manager and the girlsnI relocated back to Louisville Kentucky and went back in there a couple weeks ago and part of my service was to have two individual hair extensions put back into the side of my head just for volume I had done this numerous times in the past and they charge me usually around $30-$40 depending on how long it would take. Since I did not have a full head of extensions it doesn’t require much time as normally when people have a full head of extensions innI go to the salon in Louisville and they charged me $120 for less than 15 minutes of time to put these two extension pieces in each side of my head by my earnI started calling emailing for 12 days in a row multiple multiple multiple times I reached out and I was told that someone would get back to menFinally today I get a phone call from the store manager and Louisville 12 days later telling me that that’s the right cost and there’s nothing she can do about itnThey are the worst worst rip off artist I have ever seen in my life I will never go back there again ever

Decided to place an order and download the app when a free 20 piece newness sampler was offered with an $80+ purchase.nNo code was given. I downloaded the app and placed my large order and guess what? No sampler sent.nI then contacted Ulta by email. After multiple emails and sending them the copy of offer, they continue to play dumb and say they must be out or that I didn't enter something.nNo offer to make it right by sending the sampler.nNo offer to do anything.nGuess its all being returned and they will lose another customer.nLooking at the reviews, it seems this is a theme.

I just found out that my points expired on March 31nI was unaware that they had a expiration datenThe last time I was shopping in you store I asked your employee if they had a expiration date and I was advised they did not expirenI have been unable to keep up with my emails due to my husband is in hospicenThe only reason I found out that they expired is I was shopping online and saw it!nI contacted customer service and no one is willing to help menIts only been a couple of weeks since they expirednI feel this is very bad customer service!nI love shopping at your stores.nCan you please hep reinstate my points even if its just for a few daysnnUlta account

Just went in to the Ulta beauty and Bloomington and have never been so disrespected in all my life I needed my large bottle of cashmere mist perfume and was going to ask if they had the body cream to go with it because Macy’s doesn’t my husband was drinking out of his soda so he had his mask pulled down and the manager jumped all over him like white gets on rice disrespected us totally told us to leave the store with our drinks when I informed her that I was not gonna put up with her attitude and I will chop up my Ulta beauty card she’s like fine go ahead we don’t need you or your business I’m glad their company is doing so well that they can just throw out customers credit card holding customers that drop a couple hundred dollars at a time on their products over a husband drinking his soda
