I’ve been here a few times and have always had outstanding service. Unfortunately this last time, my pupils were not reading accurately so when I got my new frames they were blurry. The staff took great care of me and sent in a remake order for the proper Rx. I have not received my glasses yet but I would still give the team 5 stars with out any questions asked. However from my observation, the store is short staffed and tired. The minus one star is for the store owner or head of HR- too whom it may concern. I would hate to see hard workers that take care of their patients go else where because of this problem. Mental health is important. From a person who has worked in customer service for many years and now is in the health field- please take care of your employees.nnI’ll still be back for my next eye exams !

Poor customer service. My husband has scratches on the lenses the glasses are only 6 months old. I tried calling just to ask if they can order new lenses or does he need to drop them off for repair. First I was on hold a long time and was told they were short handed and busy the person could not answer my questions so I said I will call the next day. Same problem I was on hold a long time. This time she said a manager will call me back. We shall see. Price was good, still around $500 but not worth the hassle.

This place is a joke. After going in for an exam in August of 2020, they ordered trial contacts for me. Went in for the fitting appointment, was told they were the wrong kind and they would get the right ones ASAP. Never got a call. I decided I wanted contacts for summer so I called them March 5th 2021 to see what happened. Apparently they either never got them or returned them. Was told they would order a new pack and they would be here in 10 days. 23 days later and after calling multiple times - nothing. Called another doctors office to see if they could do the fitting, they could, but I'd have to pay out of pocket for another exam. They also mentioned that they have never seen trials take longer then two weeks. Called last night and some young lady tells me they MAY have been given to someone else. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The doctor is completely unwilling to explain anything. He rushes through the appointment, and comes off as condescending if you ask too many questions. His parting comment to me was there’s nothing more I can do for you so you can leave. Would not recommend him

honestly 10/10 expirence , staff was super nice and efficient ! Not to mention I just got a super good deal on two pairs of glasses , the gentlemen that helped me was very sweet and helped me all the way through! Awesome place
