Clean store, friendly customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of bugs for reptiles, fish, animal food, treats, and collars. For a small store, they offer a wide variety.
The associate who helped me and then rang up my sale was very helpful and sweet and the store had exactly what I needed.
3 stars because their a bit pricey in the fish dept. & there's not many sales in THAT dept. Their selection of small reptiles/ mammals is...small. If buying fresh crickets for your reptiles ask when their expected deliveries are because they DO run out. Other than that you can snag some pretty good deals on toys for your furry friends & pet services are reasonable.
The store generally has what I need in stock, and when it doesn't, the employees can tell me when the next shipment will be in. Likewise, the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.
They were great. They need to get a new card machine, but besides that, they were great.
