Went in got seated. Had a drink and waited over 20 minutes for someone to take our food order. They were understaffed. Management should pay more attention to when the lunch crowd comes in and schedule accordingly. Probably will not be going back. I can not blame the staff that was there, it was not their fault they were doing the best they could with the few that were there. It is management that needs to be educated as to how to properly schedule.

Bad service combined with bad business ethics.nnBe careful ordering the combo, it's a complete joke. For 10 wings, a small handful of fries and little side of cole slaw they charge $21. I've ate here many times in the past and genuinely believe that it has went down hill. The food is excellent but the service and business practice has went down hill. We were consistently asking for refills, condiments, etc. It was not only slow but it was pouring outside. There's no excuse to wait 10 minutes between everything requested from the server. As a local business owner, I feel this is unacceptable and would be ashamed to do this.nnIt's completely understandable that during Covid-19 that companies need to generate income. I don't dispute that. However, there's a right way and a wrong way to do it. Unfortunately, it is hard for me to respect this type of behavior especially when the server recommended this for us to order. Put the price on the menu and don't call it a combo/special.

Its bdubs food is good. Just the servers n cooks makes the difference. Idk what is up with the servers in this place but they dnt give you a lot of attention as they should when you eat inside.
