Good food but rude lady that charges you.
Miss chicago fried rice..
My family orders from here at least twice a month. Mention Chinese food and Golden Chopsticks is the only place for us. I go for lunch with my friends here also. Tonight very disappointed with the food we received. Is there a different chef? We will definitely order from here again and hope that food is back to being delicious.
I specifically asked about an item on the menu to make sure that I ordering the correct thing. Well, that's not what I got! The (following) day I called to explain what had happened and was confronted with less than cordial understanding for my position. For one, it was the next day....she kept pointing out. In my opinion, once I walked out the door with my order the damage was done. I was not coming back that night to have the problem fixed. That's assuming they would do so. I'm sure that an amicable resolution could not be reached and if it were based on the initial attitude would I be comfortable eating the food. But anyway, the Manager was gone for the day and I would have to call back. And then I realized, the guy who looked at me and walked away when I asked for a plastic bag must have been the Mgr. Peter. I don't think I will be wasting my time to follow up with him. I just won't ever go there again!
Delivery driver was on time and nice. The general chicken had no flavor and was soggy. The sweet and sour shrimp was way to doughy. The shrimp egg rolls tasted bad. The shrimp fried rice and the white rice did taste goodud83dude02ud83eudd26ud83cudffe♂ufe0f.The only thing that saved this place was their delivery and rice. Sorry never again
