The staff is unprofessional, I always waited about an hour to resolve the problem. Many workers but work very slowly.
The latina looking banker has absolutely horrible customer service skills. I waited 15 mins and she was sitting there working on her desk. She didn't acknowledge me or anything. Finally, a different caucasian banker came from another room and greeted me. This place is awful.
They act like is their money.
