I have taken my daughter and her friends many times over the years to Holland’s . We have always had enjoyed going . Today I tried to take my grandson during his visit. We arrived before 4:00 to find it was closed. The web site says it is open till 5:00. There wasn’t any hours of operation posted on the building . I called the store because I could see employees inside. A young woman answered and I inquired about the business hours she said they closed at four . I explained that the web site says the hours are 10:00-5:00. She hung up on me!!! I called back and a male person answered this time I explained we drove from El Paso and that they might want to change the hours listed on the web site. He flatly said “yeah” and he hung up. I won’t be back. The customer service was inexcusable. The products they are selling are available elsewhere but it’s they customer service it what brings people back. I will not be back. It is a shame that that is the attitude that customers can expect from this place. I try to shop local as often as I can especially during this time when small businesses are struggling. But I won’t be back. If there was an option for negative stars to rate this I would have.

Fantastic place my child loves it, they have changed things up since covid-19 but seems to be for the better.
