Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

An everyday long lines (wait) ..... no drive thru window services which make everything worse, only two tellers for the entire bank. Ridiculous for this type of extra busy branch

I had to wait forever. The staff were having long personal conversations with a giant line of customers waiting to be serviced. When I finally was helped, the clerk had a horrible attitude. She was rude and questioned the deposit I was making . I wouldn’t recommend this location. Awful customer service. Ghetto !

Worst bank in history... long lines, rude tellers, horrible interest rates, and worthless service overall!! If I could give them 0 stars I would have. Today, I bank at Kirtland Federal Credit Union. Bank of America only exists to steal your money!

Y’all mfs don’t answer the phone

They closed the drive up, but still TWO tellers, and five others standing around...lines are frustrating long and service is slow... PLEASE REVIEW EXTRA TELLER OPTIONS AND OR HIRING MORE TELLERS!!!! Last 20 reviews say the same thing, DOESN'T ANYONE FROM MANAGEMENT READ THESE?!?....GET IT TOGETHER BANK OF AMERICA.... CUSTOMER HAVE GAVE OUR OPINION, LISTEN PLEASE!!!
