Our heat was not keeping up in this extreme cold. I called Doug's and they sent Ben. He was very fast and efficient. Very professional and friendly. We will call and request Ben again. Thank you!

Technician came and checked out furnace. He said there is nothing wrong with it and sure enough the next day it wouldn't run again. He charged us 250.00.

I have used Doug's when I was in a home in Iowa growing up & for all of the 17 years married to my husband in Illinois. They are reasonably priced & I like that you can do contract for one to four years for A/C & Heat.
