My husband was looking for rain gear and called the tukwila location to make sure they were still open it was about 25 minutes to close. We would have been there in less than 10 minutes. When we told the employee that we were on our way he told us that they weren’t gonna wait 10 minutes for us to get there. My husband had to work late and with all the rain we got today came home soaked all through his clothes. He just wanted rain gear and he already knew what he needed. He would have been in and out in 5 minutes. What happened to staying open until a place closes and what happened to customer service. So disappointing.
Great customer service, even when busy. They helped us with a work shoe delma. Their sales and/or clearance prices are awesome. ud83dudc4d
Accidentally wandered in here as a suggestion by work for the brand. Total scam. Not only do they do use a payment system that adds unauthorized “fees” to their transactions, they refused to do a return on products I was told by the employee was returnable. Now I’m stuck with a bunch of trash that doesn’t even fit and a company already doing shady business with card info. Do not shop if you are not part of their crews. It is designed to keep money within their community. Companies who put profit over people are complete trash
Very slow. Good products. Horrible parking with only narrow spaces, so expect door dings!
Customer service was horrible. No greeting when I walked in or when I needed help with shoes. I had to go back to the front of the store to ask for help even though there were workers near us, they never came to assist us. When someone was finally called for service, the employee acted like he was uninterested in helping us. The shoes I ended up purchasing were of quality but it would have been nice if customer service from all employees i encountered would have at least helped me, since that’s what they get paid for.
