Dr. Ribarchik and Scott have worked with me over a long period of time in trying to find the right fit of glasses and contact lenses. They are always very helpful and very knowledgeable and I would recommend them both.
I had attempted to schedule twice with America’s Best in McHenry and was cancelled on twice. The 2nd cancellation was due to the virus, which I understand is unavoidable however the front desk receptionist was unwilling to attempt to get me in before closure but worst of all rude about it (probably stressed due to the circumstance but NOT ok, especially when this is your 2nd cancellation). Walmart worked me in within a day and the doctor was SUPER NICE, regardless of the short staff. I was very much pleased with my visit. If it weren’t for them I wouldn’t be able to use my eye insurance that ends early April.
Dr. Ribarchik is THE BEST eye doctor in the county! Always professional, polite and detailed. I never feel rushed and he always answers my questions to the fullest of his knowledge.nnMaking an appointment is always very quick and easy. Great hours, too; including evening hours. I have been going there for about 15 years and am so happy with my experiences there. I highly recommend Dr. R. A+
