I wish I could remember the guys name that helped me...he was very helpful and even stayed open to help me switch from T Mobile. Explained to him that we own a business and currently had service withT Mobile but really needed a different provider due to drop calls and even not having any service at all in certain areas at times. When I called him he was getting ready to close but stayed open to get me switched to cricket! Very cool! I appreciate it. No more drop calls and I get service every where I've been in Illinois so far! Very pleased!
Jordan is about the only person that works at this Cricket Wireless that is ever any help. I've come in multiple times while having issues with my cellphone and the only person that has ever been any help is him. The woman that works there was rude to me. Would definitely recommend seeing him if you plan on switching to Cricket!
