I went for finger printing and had a very bad experience, will never go back to this store. I had trouble couple of times during the finger print process and it took an additional 1-2 minutes, also there were no other customers. I am still wondering why he was so rude to me.

I came in to mail some heavy & valuable electronics, not knowing how much it would cost or which carrier would be best. Andrew explained the options clearly. Everything went smoothly & I appreciate the time Andrew took to explain the insurance, package things carefully, and make sure I was taken care of. I'll be returning for my future shipping needs.
I had an emergency overnight shipment and called Andrew at Inbox at 6:59(closes at 7) and asked where I could go for shipping, figuring a far away FedEx center. He graciously offered to stay an extra 15 minutes so I could use his sercices. I was shocked by this act of kindness and will always use Inbox and tell all my friends about this amazing experience!
