I highly recommend Xcell Wireless in Round Lake. Took my phone in to get a new battery and to replace my screen. He gave me a new screen protector since I bought a new screen. And hooked me up with USB and transferred all my pics and videos onto it. It was very economical, and he got my phone back to me in a couple hours. I will be going back for my phone service needs!
I had a software issue with my iPhone I took it in and he was able to reboot the software charge me a reasonable price and was very professional. I would recommend taking my phone to XCell over any of the big box stores..
