This is a great place. The owner, Gary, was very helpful and answered all my questions. His prices were better than the larger corporate store down the street. He had what I needed. I'll certainly go back and give him my future business. Thanks Gary.
I can't say enough good about this business. PLEASE support them! I have been a customer since their first location and all I can say is this place is second to none with customer service. I just spoke to Gary about a return issue I had and without hesitation he took care of it. I've had numerous questions over the years and they have always answered them, gotten the parts that I needed and taken care of their customers first. Obviously the big name down Rt12 is a big name but Boating Warehouse is without question a better business.
Exceptional service, after calling several places in a 20 mile area for an oddball part I needed, they not only had it in stock but were nice enough to stay 45 minutes after closing to allow me to have my part in hand today.nnThanks so much to Gary for going above and beyond with customer service.
