Purchased a LAR-15 CAR A2 and am very impressed with the quality, look and feel of all components. It is a very accurate rifle. Customer service was also top notch with both phone and email communication. Highly reccomend and will buy again.
The products and services of this firm are truly outstanding. I do not know what motivates a number of people to defame then over a delay in getting a good part or just anonymously doing such, bad people. I have a full LAR and have replaced the upper on two 5.56 rifles with Rock River uppers and have ordered a number of other products from RR. All have been superior in every way. Customer service and delivery have been superb. When I next purchase a rifle or upper it will be really really easy to call upon them. I have had many rifles and these are certainly among the best. I purchased three complete AR-15s from RRA and all three are tack drivers. The reliability of these three rifles are dynamite. If I needs parts or accessories, I call Kate. I found Kate has all the answers and really treats me well. Between RRA and Kate, why would I ever go anywhere else?
I own a rock river AR10 and I’m not very happy!! It may slam fire Judging from the dents in the primer on a ejected undirected cartridge. It also puts 2 nice scratches in the neck of the brass as it ejects. So the moral of this story is I own a $1600 dangerous gun that ruins expensive brass. Their costumer Service told me all 308 ar’s do it. So be ware!!
Excellent customer service. I had a concern and they contacted me by phone and email the next business day (I emailed them on a Sunday and heard from them Monday morning). My order arrived in one day even though I only paid for 3 day, shipping and they were able to put together something custom for me in a single day as well. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with this company. If you have a concern, call them. They are very quick to get back to you.
