I needed bed and braces for my elderly uncle. I called Beneficial and they were super nice! The manager rushed out the products over to us on Saturday as my uncle was being released from the hospital on Sunday. They were very well versed in their products and very helpful. The delivery person was very nice and kind towards my uncle as he tends to get agitated because he doesn’t comprehend things as well as he use too!! I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Very nice and helpful people.

I BEEN WAITING FOR MY WALKER AND BLOOD PRESSURE KIT FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW AND THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE GOING TO COME AND NEVER SHOW UPnGIVE ME ALL KIND OF EXCUSES ON THE PHONE, IF THEY ANSWER THE PHONE.DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BASTERS!!

Where do I start! After dealing with this company for at least two months, I felt I had to let anyone thinking about doing business with this place know, do not waste your time! A big mistake! Why? They are clueless! They have wasted two of my doctor's time, and one of my doctors actually tried to speak with the supervisor after speaking to somebody who answer the phone because her answer to me was these people are idiots! My doctor also ask them, how long have you been in business? The doctor of whom I'm speaking about is actually a physical therapist who is also a medical doctor who actually was trying to fill out the paperwork in order for me to obtain a mobility scooter. I can tell you that I had to constantly call the people at beneficial medical supplies West Chicago the proper paperwork was faxed and received and yet they still couldn't do their main job which is to work with a doctor, and an insurance company, in order to provide service to the disabled person. I wish I could go on and on but I am warning you now, there may in fact may have been one or two people,and the possible thousands that have done business with this company who may have had an ok experience, but one or two out of a thousand, especially after seeing that there are a couple of people in here that seem to be pleased with this company, is not enough. You can do what you want but I am just warning you up front, find another place! It was so bad that the physical therapist doctor felt sorry for all the issues I was having with this company that she actually took it upon herself to find me another company to do business with. I can tell you that within 3 days I am on my way to receiving my mobility scooter. Quite a big difference from the month-and-a-half spent with beneficial and only getting to the point to where they don't even know what they're doing with the paperwork. Their staff is clueless! Hope this helps those of us in need of medical assistance.

Husband waited in living room for 3 days for walker to be delivered and tjey never brought it. Each day an excuse. Said it was so late the driver decided to deliver yje next day. Lady said it would be next afternoon. Lady said she'd take care of it. Call3d at 4 and was told driver was just leaving Chicao and would be here in couple hours. 4 hours later and 8 at night. And no walker. Can't go buy one now til Monday because its a weekend. She wont have it for physical therapy Monday morning and 93 year old mother is fall risk. Going to let Medicare know this is a bad distributor. Order was placed by doctor November 11 and it is now December 6. Going to.tell a thousand people about this place. The liars should be fined for jeopardizing peoples lives.

Fantastic customer service and prompt delivery. I would definitely recommend everyone to use this company for all their medical supply needs.
