The Red Wing Store in Evergreen Park, IL (03/19/21) was an excellent experience as well as a learning curve where they use a device to measure both feet, the saleswoman (I am ashamed to say I forgot her name) was ACES!!!! She really like working for Red Wing Shoes and it show how wonderful she is with her customers. And her co- worker was nice.nI would give ten stars if I could!

Picked up some awesome snow boots. Been buying quality shoes here since I was a kid. Never had a issue. Ice fishing, snowmobiling, hunting, shoveling bring it on. I'm prepared.
Excellent quality work shoe, sturdy and comfortable fitting. I have been wearing the same pair for over a year and there is no sign of deterioration. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided plenty of options and explained the benefits depending on the type of work that you do.
Good shoes customer service needs major improvement. Issues with returns and refunds they forgot to refund my money 3 weeks later. I had to call and remind them that I was still waiting on my refund. Which they had not even processed to begin with.
