My Auto loan was transferred to this company and the email information they received from the prior loan company was entered wrong into Evergreens system, making it so I could not access my account online. I’m in Texas so going into the location to resolve this would be a task. I was also unaware of the loan transfer as I had recently moved and didn’t receive the mailings they say they sent. I never received a phone call, email or letter in the mail of anything. The original load company apparently didn’t send my proof of insurance, so Evergreen placed a fee of over $9000 now added to my principle loan amount. I have talked with their loan specialist who gave me an email address to send over my documents showing continuous proof of insurance. I have sent it two times in the past couple of weeks as have my insurance company with zero reply or status update. Today I received my first communication from them, which was a bill that contained, you guessed it, another fee for not having proof of insurance. At this point I don’t know what to do to get answers. I have all the proper documentation just no one is listening or seems to care.nnJonathan
