Love this branch! The staff is great.
I recommend this particular branch to anyone who banks with TCF! I was served by Michael Arellano who was absolutely wonderful! This man was so patient and helpful to me. I didn't know how to start my mobile banking and explained to him that I would figure it out once I got home. He literally set me up right at his station, told me to download the app, taught me how to log in from my cell phone and gave me tips and pointers on how to make my banking experience easier while on the go. I wasn't rushed, I asked as many questions as I wanted and he was on point with the time of taking my deposit and giving information I needed. The entire team I came across on that shift are very professional and warm. Abril and another young lady I worked with a couple weeks ago are awesome. Keep up the great work TCF!!! The service I've had at a few other TCF branches were horrible and I was always given the run around when I wanted to cash or deposit second party checks. Seeing the bad employee's attitudes turned me off as well. Finally, I've settled and made the decision to continue visiting this location permanently. It feels so good to be treated with the utmost respect. You guys most definitely get five stars from me!!!!
