Went there today, there was no waiting in line. The lady who took care of me was really nice. Will use this location all the time. Was able to walk in and get teller help. No waiting in line.
I understand this is a busy location, but the people here are rude, uncharacteristic and bland. The only upbeat person is the gentleman holding the door
No convenient hours. Never enough tellers open. Customers are NOT important to them. Would not recommend them.
Worst staffed bank in Chicago. The manager just walks around with a clipboard in her hand while her tellers just toil and work like slaves.
Bank Manager handled a transaction of a significant sum of money to open a new checking account. Received 1st statement 4 wks later--guess what? The beginning & end balance ZERO. What happened to the MONEY, why & how?!? This branch much, much worse than I could ever imagine .
