I absolutely love this office! Bryan and Kelli are the best! I was in a car accident last week, and I called Kelli instead of calling the 1800 number and she made the entire process seamless! I was so nervous and she took down all of my information and assured me that everything would be handled by the end of the day. And it was, accident happened on Monday afternoon, and I took my car in for repairs Tuesday afternoon, and I received my car back on Thursday afternoon. Kelli has excellent customer service. This is why I have my condo and auto insurance through State Farm, it was a deal I could not refuse. And well worth writing about because it takes a lot for me to write a review!

I want to thank everyone at State Farm today. Especially Kelly for her kindness and patient. I had been given a quote before but hadn't made up my mind. With this pandemic going on I was finally able to be still and reevaluate my options. I'm now a client. I'm receiving more bang for my bucks.nMy car deductible is lower, my home coverage has increased for less then I was paying. I'm getting 2x more coverage for what I was paying and receiving barely anything.nTimes are hard, money is scarce so if your looking to save a few bucks or just looking for more. So glad I moved to this location. I recieved excellent service. 110%. I also really appreciate the use of text messages to provide reminders. Kelli was very helpful and informative. I went from not knowing what I was paying for to having a good understanding of what I'm insured for.
