As soon as I can get an appointment I will be cancelling all services. Closed by 4 almost everyday now where most banks are open to the public but using social distancing. Been with them for many years and they have gotten less consumer friendly. Limited electronic ability as in I want to cancel an auto payment. I can't push a button I have to go to the drive through between 930 am and 4 pm when most people work those hours and request a form to sign. I'm not cancelling accounts adding anyone or even withdrawing. Such a pain. If anyone sees this on behalf of BMO please feel free to contact me. But most services will be discontinued.
I would not suggest banking with BMO in general, but this location takes the cake. They are literally the worst bank ever.

The service here was garbage. The bankers would not answer our questions. Don’t come here!
I've called 8 times and their automated directory sends me in circles and then hangs up.nI wouldn't trust my money with any business that operates like this.
