Chase Bank

2/2021 Been going here for many years already. Always found the staff helpful, the ATM operational, and all the amenities I need at my bank.

Always fast. Always friendly. They do notary and business banking.

Yesterday, 8/14/17 at about 2:30pm I went to this branch to withdraw cash that I needed right away. At first, I was being served by Kevin who was polite and great and then there was another gentleman who decided that he would serve me instead. I didn't notice his name but I remember how he looked.nAnyways, instead of serving me right away, he sat there trying to tell me that there's a red flag since I was pulling out a large amount of cash. He sat there asking me a bunch of questions and made me feel ud83dude23 and unwelcomed. He even asked me why I need the money for, which obviously is non of his business, in my opinion. He went on to tell me that he understands that other branches cashed me out BUT he didn't want to process my withdraw as fast and smooth as the other branches - since he felt that; I'm unworthy or something!!?!nI would suggest one of two options for this branch, either send the gentleman to a class where he can learn some considerate customer service or might as well dismiss him if he can't understand why people work hard and earn their money and withdraw some when they need it.nI called the bank twice to convey my disappointment and no one answered both times.nMost likely I will try another bank and see how that goes.nI totally do not appreciate his demeanor as a stiff/wacky banker.nSince I didn't focus on catching his name, the best way to describe him is that he had more facial hair than Kevin and is larger in size. The first time I went to this bank, the staff were very friendly and helpful. However a few weeks later I returned on a weekday to inquire about a loan and had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come and see me. The lady gave me a leaflet about loans and said someone would come in 10 minutes to discuss this further. 30 minutes later and no one had showed up! They could see me waiting and nobody bothered to come up and offer their help in that half hour. Poor service on week days. I shall not be visiting this bank again!

Best Chase branch that I have ever been to. Very friendly, helpful and obviously experienced staff. Thank you for making a tough situation so bearable!!
