Closed temporarily I hope! At Maple av. in Mundelein. No reason posted. On internet says open. After calling 5 times I finally got someone after waiting 35 minutes on hold. Told me to go to a different location. Poor customer service!
The Lady at the drive in window was patient at wonderful. She worked with my needs and was super friendly.
I'm not sure what everyone is talking about. The staff here has always been extremely polite and helpful. I visit this location with my mother all the time, and have never experienced any issue. In fact, even during these trying times the staff still greets everyone with a smile on their face.
Absolutely terrible support trying to close a HELOC account, which is preventing us from refinancing our home. We paid off loan years ago and they still have a lien. I’ve been on phone for hours, can’t get through. Staff at location here useless, unable to help and just gave me same number. Please don’t anyone ever bank here, and get your money out while you can.
If this bank was not ready for the transition way they do it now every day I wake up my balance show different amount and good luck try to call costumer service
