Bank of the West

MY UNCLE BEEN GOING EVERY MONTH, THEN ON NEW YEARS EVE A ROOKIE TELLER SAID THE CARD WAS DECLINED. AND SENT ME ON MY WAY SAYING TO COME BACK TOMORROW. WHICH APPARENTLY HE FAILED TO REALIZE IT IS A HOLIDAY. SO THIS ALOT GOOD HIS DUMB ADVICE WILL DO. THIS SO CALLED TELLER NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR BEING INGNORANT AND INSENSITIVE TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS.

I have used this atm before and have not had any issues. I recommend using it during the day.

We moved here from Denver three years ago. No matter what problem I'm having -- seeing all the activities on my accounts, linking all my accounts together, having my credit card charges available to see, document for direct deposit to my savings account, an dispute affidavit prepared -- they can't do it. If you're going to do any business with Bank of the West, I would strongly suggest you go to 3733 Isleta Blvd SW (south of Isleta off Rio Bravo) or even go to 7900 Wyoming Blvd NE (south of Paseo del Norte on Wyoming) -- either of these Branches and staff are friendlier and certainly more knowledgeable!
