Renton Pediatric Associates, P.S.

We moved to the area recently and was looking for a new pediatrician for my 3 boys. Ended up going to Renton Pediatrics and seeing Dr Schwartz and she's been great. We've seen her four times already and each time has been very pleasant, informative, and she seems to genuinely care about my boys.

Horrific billing policies. Do not come here and listen to all of the other comments. This clinic does not confirm your insurance before the appointment. They told me they were in network with my insurance company but apparently not my specific group. They did not notify either, I found out while I was checking in my daughter for her next check up and I had to ask about if I had any outstanding bills. I explained this to the doctor but refused to reimburse me.

Doctors are great. But billing is very archaic. They don't have a way to pay online or do autopay. You have to call to pay. I will look to go to a different clinic solely based on convenience.

There are some great doctors here, but customer service is the absolute worst. They should receive zero stars, but one was required to post my response. Hire receptionist that know how to deal with the public. Customer service is the most massive part of any business.

Billing department is so rude and charged you unnecessary fees. I have my kid go somewhere else eventhough we loved the Drs there.
