Concerto is the most ridiculous company I have ever had to done business with. They are rarely available to answer a phone call. Rarely do the call back. I have to call at least 3 - 4 times before I get any type of answer from them. I have 11 residents that go through them as their primary physician. Dr. Doug D'Jang is great! And a few MA's are amazing as well, but the communication between staff and their system they use is absolutely flabbergasting. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They are not worth the hassle.

Thinking about transferring my gramma. Unprofessional and their customer service is horrible! Every time I call I have to wait next day until they call back. Their whole system and how they set it up is just ridiculous!
