I have worked with Amy,Hannah,and Caleb for rotator cuff therapy. I have been so impressed with each of them. No matter which of them my appointment was with, they each were on the same page with my program. I was so grateful for the time they would take to explain how each exercise helped my shoulder. This facility itself is great in terms of equipment and capabilities. However, my experience with the staff has been nothing short of disappointing. I’ve been at many physical therapy providers and this is the first time I would say that the staff at this location is pretty junior and inexperienced (although very professional). They are great if you are looking for general PT work aimed at seniors to help you move around, but they are not the right people for specialized treatment after acute sports injury or for achieving real results if you are an athlete. I basically wasted a few sessions there (and gave them the benefit of the doubt many times) only to reach this conclusion: all in all I do not recommend them. I’ve been going there for my physical therapy and I really enjoy it. I spent most of my time enjoying pool n the sauna the workers are very welcoming. I really recommend this place.
