I have to say something about Kristin(she said her name is this) who was answered my phone call. I tried to make appointment, she is super rude and unprofessional. Omg!! She even don't know who work in her clinic I meant the doctors!! I don't understand why your clinic keep she there?! She is there support for help not waste others time!! If I could give 0 star I will give to she!! Kristin, please spend more time on your work and try to remember all the doctors who work with you!! Please be patient and responsible especially be professional!! If you don't know just say it don't lie!!

I am here right now with my grandma who is in comfort care. Everyone here has been amazing in 3 North. They’ve taken care of my grandma with the most care I could ask for. Thank you for making this especially difficult time just a little easier for my family and I. Thank you Omar, Blake, Dr. Zhang, the nursing station, and every nurse that I’ve seen over the last 3 days. I can’t thank you enough.

Wonderful people from the receptionist at the sugery center to the after hours security person. The nurses on 2nd floor and especially the surgeon who did my daughters surgery. You are all amazing people! And gave wonderful care, and I'm known to be picky as I am a nurse(not at Valley).

Wonderful staff. The absolute more efficient, kind, attentive ER I have ever been to.nnI won’t go anywhere else. Amazing.

I’m only giving Valley 3 stars because of the few good staff we met while there. Other than that really disappointed in this hospital. I will have to give kudos to Angela stroke nurse. She’s amazing, kind, caring and patient. Angela is everything a nurse should be. She treats her patients as if they are family. Her goal is to make her patients feel comfortable and safe. She does that and more, I’m thankful she was my moms stroke nurse. Also Janessa in the ER was exceptional as well. She’s kind, personable, funny and the most important fact efficient. These ladies turned what would have been a horrible stay into not so bad. Way to go ladies.
