Ive actually had a great experience with Dr. Chen when I would go to see her. She really listened to my problems and was very knowledgable about pretty much any question I had for her.nBut the most recent Dr I went to, she didn't seem to listen very well. After I took the mental health evaluation and answered the questions honestly, it became an appointment about my mental health and not the issues I actually came in for. She was very knowledgable, I just don't think she was listening very well. I think she already made an assumption seeing my mental health score before entering the room to talk to me. Which was very unfortunate. It takes a lot of courage for me to go see a doctor about something bothering me and now I have to build up the courage again to try and get better care for my current issues.

I been with Dr. Moore since 2014 when I first moved out here. She has been wonderful. Dr. Moore and Dr. Eller has helped my family out through some rough times. I love how I can always get a quick response and I can see these two doctors really care. The staff is great even when busy I get greeted. The Medical Assistants always take time to make sure everything is ok. Parking is good.

Besides my own doctor and nurses, I feel like you can't really get help from anyone here. I called to ask a question and when someone actually does answer the phone (which is very rare) they give you attitude like you're inconveniencing them.nIf you can't answer the question, forward me to someone who can. I've left voicemails that go unanswered and it is on me to call back over and over again only to be put on hold. The customer service is definitely lacking here.

Dr. Chen condescends, doesn't listen, and seems reluctant to provide birth control other than the depo shot, which she tried to push on me three times despite me repeatedly explaining that I don't want something there is no way to change for three months, especially if severe mood swings are an issue. After I finally made her listen, she claimed she'd have to check with insurance. After weeks no one got back to me. I finally called insurance company myself. They were mystified because, as they informed me, contraceptives are automatically covered and shouldn't have been an issue. So I paid for a visit during which she not only did nothing, but was at best misinformed, at worst deceptive. Other primary care physicians there might be good, but wouldn't recommend her unless you have extra money and like mind games.nnUpdate! Tried *again* with a different doctor, who tried to push depo on me after I specifically explained I didn't want it, and then she refused to do anything else even though I told her about issues with my current method that are getting progressively worse. Maybe depo has a racket going on with these people? I don't know, but I am officially done with this place.
