WOW! I honestly just hope I'm writing my review in the right spot! Took my son here for a concern I had and they were amazing !!! I have never been so blown away by kindness, fun, respect, and just real down to eaeth decency. This office and the women working here are incredible! Feels like home!
Dr. Sanchez has been my daughter's doctor since 2008. My daughter La'onna is 12 now and my youngest daughter is 3. Ever since I birthed them at Valley Medical hospital I have NEVER went anywhere else. The staff here is very friendly and I love that this office is diverse. Dr. Sanchez and his other Drs. here are very knowledgeable and have so much wisdom about health, living, life and nutrition. I can count on two sets of hands how I would call Dr. Sanchez in a panic with my babies getting sick and he would answer everytime calming me down, listening to my problem and analyzing the situation over the phone giving me at home remedies that he would recommend me to use over the phone before drugs, and each time it worked. I trust Dr. Sanchez and his staff with me and my kids hearts....nI HIGHLY recommend this place.
If I could give my experience at this clinic a zero I totally would. Please please go somewhere else. My first visit was good because the pediatrician and I had the same views on breastfeeding (I was very excited and determined to breastfeed) I ended up getting postpartum depression because of all the stress and the trauma from my c-section so i stopped producing milk (I went to several lactation classes, nothing helped). I went back for my baby’s two week appointment and Let him know and he made me feel like such a bad mother, like I gave up when that wasn’t the case. He took my baby held him up to my face and in Spanish told me if I didn’t feel bad for my son for not giving him the best. After this visit I completely broke down and I fell under the worst depression of my life. Please do not come to this clinic. Thank God I feel ok and found such a great pediatrician.
I've been taking my 3 kids there for almost 2 years now.nI feel comfortable taking my kids here, receptionist are nice and all the nurses as well, I feel like they give me the best advice and they're on top of me about my kid's well being, which to me it's a good thing.nnPrevious comments... Nobody has the right to judge a person from their accent that is just being RACIST!nnI do recommend this clinic. They always tell you the truth and refer you to the right places.
Incredible Drs. Very respectful and professional. The front staff was friendly and courteous. They were understanding with my child and took time with a challenging situation.nHigh recommendation.
