Great help. I had a total of 41 boxes over a period of 2 weeks. They were patient and terrific.

My printed label was too big; the Fed Ex employee scanned my phone, printed a new label, and attached label on my package with a nice attitude. Great service!!!
Said they couldn't deliver because it was below freezing and snow in the driveway. 1 hour later UPS pulls into my driveway.
They marked my package as delivered on Friday the 27th at 1:28 pm and my package was never delivered. We were both in the house by the door waiting and it never showed up. They never even drove down my street. And now we cant get ahold of anyone about this problem. My porch is accessible from the street there was no way anyone could of took it off my porch and noone recieved a package.
